Nestled on the 17th hole of the Crooked Oak Golf Course (designed by Robert Trent Jones Sr.), Seabrook SEArenity is just a short, half-mile walk to the beach via Boardwalk #9. This beautifully designed home in the Hidden Oak community offers a spacious, light-filled retreat that’s perfect for family and friends to gather, relax, and create lasting memories.

Pet-Friendly:
Dogs under 70 lbs are welcome for an additional cleaning fee.

Primary Suite: King bed, TV, golf course views, and a newly renovated spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub, double vanity, and large walk-in shower.
Bedroom 2: King bed, TV, and private en-suite bathroom.
Bedroom 3: Two twin beds, perfect for kids or extra guests.
All bathrooms are stocked with salon-quality R+Co shampoo and conditioner.

Upper Floor:

Second Master Suite: King bed and attached full bathroom.
Bunk Room: Custom-designed for kids with bunk beds, a cozy couch, its own TV, and a gaming console. Full bathroom with storage cubes to keep your things organized!

Sunroom & Deck:
Enjoy peaceful views of the golf course from the sunroom or step out onto the back deck for dining al fresco (seats 8) under the awning and grilling on the gas BBQ.

🚗 Parking & Policies

Gate Fees: Starting January 1, 2023, Seabrook Island requires a $45/car gate fee (first two cars free; up to 4 total per reservation).
Golf Cart Gate Pass: Required for rentals.
Cancellation Fee: A 5% fee applies to all cancellations to cover processing costs.

House Rules for a Comfortable Stay

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience, we kindly ask all guests to follow the house rules:

No smoking on the property
Do not attempt to use the indoor gas fireplace unless you have spoke with us first
No loud parties
No parking in the street overnight
Do not park in the pine straw. All four wheels should be on the pavement.
Do not hang wet beach towels over the deck railing as this is a violation of Town rules. Do not try to dry unwashed beach towels as this may damage the dryer.
Please be mindful of the homes around you. For many of our neighbors this is their permanent residence. Please keep all noise to a minimum after 9:00pm.

Payment Schedule

50% Due at Reservation: Secure your booking with half the amount upfront.
Remaining Balance: Pay the balance 30 days before your arrival.

Security Gate Pass

Security Gate Fee: $45 per car. As part of your reservation, we will absorb the first two cars but will pass on any fees for additional gate passes you require. There is a maximum of 4 cars allowed per Town rules. Use the Gate pass add-on during the check-out process. No worries if you forget or don't know at time of booking. We can invoice you the additional fees the week prior to your arrival.
